  • After completing the payment customer will get a success of payment pop up on the screen and will receive an auto message in their registered mobile number from Bank, in case if you did not get any confirmation message that means the payment is not done due to some technical issues and can take some long time. After that also if you did not get any message after a long time then you please contact to the UPI customer supports at your Bank.
  • If the senders debited the amount from his/her account but the receiver doesn’t receives that amount in his/her account then that amount will be auto reversal in the payer’s account.
  • This app interface is very secured because if somebody steals your phone and try to do any transaction he/she can’t able to do it because on every transaction time it required that UPI PIN for Authentication.
  • If the receiver is not using that UPI, then send the money via IFSC Indian Financial System Code system.
  • Customer care representatives are available in 24 hours 365 days only even also in public and bank holidays they remain available.
