Common Summer Beauty Problems

Summer is a beautiful season like all other season. Many people like summer or winter.

People enjoy the season for first few weeks but after few days they are waiting for autumn or spring.

We love summer as we get holidays from school and we can go for many trips like camping we can go to the beach; we can spend some time on a lake and my favorite star gazing.

But as we enjoy our campaign there are many things which can harm our skin from the heat of the sun.

Summer Beauty problems  

Skin burn.                                                                          

We should go definitely go out in summer days. No one wants to stay in home, but in summer season we should not stay directly under the sun as it leads to skin be burn. We can avoid the skin burn by wearing sunscreen and sitting in the shades.

Heat Rash.

Heat Rash exacerbated by humid and hot weather. It occurs when our when our sweat glands became blocked.  It causes perspiration under our skin resulting redness and itchy bumps. We can apply cooling treatment which is best for it.

Acne breakouts.

When Sweat mixed with oil and bacteria, it clog the pores of our skin. We can follow some steps to prevent Acne breakouts

1: We can clean the sweat from our skin using towel or cloth.

2: we should wash or sanitize the hand band, towel, and hats before wearing them again.

Dry, irritated skin .

When we are out door and the air is too hot and humid, we all face the dry and irritate skin. If our skin feels dry and start irritates like itching, we should try the following steps.

1: We should use shower and shampoo immediately after coming out from pool. We should use clean water to wash our self and use mild toner.

2:  We should use sunscreen before we go out from our home; the sunscreen should be more than SPF-30 and it should be water resistance.

3: We should use moisturizer before going out and apply it if we feel our skin dry.

Folliculitis.

All the hairs on our body grow from an opening called a follicle. When it get infected it develops to folliculitis. It infects the body hair and which look like pimples. We should try the following steps.

1: After work out we should immediately change out tight outfits clothes.

2: We should wear light weight loose fitting clothes when it’s humid and hot.

Frizzy Hair

Many people struggle with struggle to tame their hair in humid and hot weather. There are many things which people can do with their frizzy hair. People can apply moisturizer after taking shower. As moisturizer provide the natural ingredients to our hair and it’s very useful in summer season.

Body Acne.

Just like our face our body skin also produce sweats and oil. These sweats and oil block the pores on rest of our body parts and mainly common on back of our body or in the chest. We can follow some steps to prevent Acne breakouts

1: We can clean the sweat from our skin using towel or cloth.

2: we should wash or sanitize the towel and clothes before wearing them again.

Melting Makeup.

In summer season it common that the temperature will rise at day time. Due to the high temperature we often see that the makeup is melting off the face, which make smudged the eye makeup and leaving the skin tone uneven. If we use water proof  makeup it will keep the look intact. But we have to make sure before sleeping we should use cleanser every night so that it will remove all of the grime of the day.

Dry lips.

The combination of air condition and temperature of the atmosphere are the main reasons for the dehydration of our lips. Sometimes it becomes painful to apply lipstick or lip guard. We should always try to hydrate our lips. If it becomes dry we need to use lip scrub to remove the dead skin cells from our lips and need to apply SPF lip balm.

Hives

It’s also known as urticarial. These are itchy, raised welts that are found on the skin. These are red, pink in color and sometimes they sting or hurts.

Cause These are caused by an allergic that you have encounter or swallowed. Your body starts to release histamines into your blood. Histamines are chemicals your body produces in an attempt to defend itself against infection and other outside intruders. Unfortunately, in some people, the histamines can cause swelling, itching, and many of the symptoms that are experienced with hives. In terms of allergens, hives can be caused by factors such as pollen, medications, food, animal dander, and insect bites.

Symptoms of Hives

Batches of red or skin-color welt, which can appear on the face.

Itching, this may be severe.

A tendency for signs and symptoms to flare with triggers such as heat, exercise and stress.                                                                      

A tendency for signs and symptoms to persist for more than six weeks and to recur frequently and unpredictably, sometimes for months or years.

Treatment of Hives 

Your doctor will likely recommend you treat your symptoms with home remedies, such as over-the-counter antihistamines. If self-care steps don’t help, talk with your doctor about finding the prescription medication or combination of drugs that works best for you. Usually, an effective treatment can be found.

Use A Good Moisturizer. 

Quality of moisturizer can help soothe and repair dry, itchy and irritating skin. It helps to treat your skin when it’s dry and prevents it from drying out again. It also holds water in Stratum Corneum, the outer layer of our skin.

It will reduce skin problems.

It will help maintain your skin balance.

It will help to stay your skin young.

It will help fight wrinkles.

It reduces the appearance of other blemishes.

Some recommendation.

Cleanser:- If you are using a foamy agent then it can dry out your skin, so try to use cream based cleanser.

Exfoliate:- Make sure you Exfoliate during the summer after sunset only as in day time it Exfoliating can make your skin photosensitive to UV exposer 

Exfoliating remove the dry skin when you put the hydrating serum, toner and moisturizer it increase the skin ability to absorb the hydrating ingredients and to hold on to the moisture  

We should avoid hot water bath as it remove important oils from your skin. 

Apply natural oil for dry skin.

Do not use much chemical product on your skin.

Conclusion

We know that some of these tips are harder to follow than others. Breaking a bad sugar habit is just plain difficult.

That’s why we’ve made things easier for regular guys who want to achieve clearer skin.

Our skin care system is uncomplicated—because life is complicated enough as it is.
